Activity 1: Instructions and Yoga (પ્રાણાયામ) 🧘♂️
આ પ્રવૃત્તિમાં આપણને પ્રાણાયામના સાત તબક્કાઓ અંગ્રેજીમાં આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. તે આપણને સૂચનાઓનું પાલન કરતા શીખવે છે.
Steps with Explanation (પગલાંઓ):
- Close your right nostril with your right thumb. (તમારા જમણા અંગૂઠાથી જમણું નાક બંધ કરો.)
- Breathe in slowly through your left nostril. (ડાબા નાકથી ધીમેથી શ્વાસ અંદર લો જ્યાં સુધી ફેફસાં ભરાઈ ન જાય.)
- Close your left nostril with your fingers. (હવે તમારી આંગળીઓથી ડાબું નાક બંધ કરો.)
- Remove thumb from right nostril and breathe out. (જમણા નાક પરથી અંગૂઠો હટાવો અને શ્વાસ બહાર કાઢો.)
- Breathe in through right nostril. (હવે જમણા નાકથી શ્વાસ અંદર લો.)
- Breathe out through left nostril. (છેલ્લે ડાબા નાકથી શ્વાસ બહાર કાઢો.)

આ પ્રવૃત્તિ દ્વારા આપણને અંગ્રેજીના ક્રિયાપદો (Verbs) અને શરીરના અંગોના નામ યાદ રહે છે.
- Twist your left ear. (તમારો ડાબો કાન મરોડો.)
- Blink your eyes eight times. (તમારી આંખો આઠ વખત પલકાવો.)
- Pinch your friend. (તમારા મિત્રને ચપટી ભરો.)
- Yawn three times. (ત્રણ વખત બગાસું ખાઓ.)
- Nod your head once. (તમારું માથું એકવાર હલાવો.)
- Stand on one leg. (એક પગ પર ઊભા રહો.)

જંગલની મુલાકાત વખતે શું કરવું અને શું ન કરવું તેની સૂચનાઓ:
- Don't use plastic in the Jungle.
- Don't tease the animals.
- Protect the Jungle.
- Don't give any food to animals.
Activity 8: Map and Directions 🗺️
આ પ્રવૃત્તિમાં જાસ્વેદ અને રોહન વચ્ચે નકશાના આધારે સંવાદ છે. તે આપણને રસ્તો બતાવવા માટેના શબ્દો જેમ કે Turn Left, Turn Right, Walk Straight શીખવે છે.
